In addition to these exclusive customization options, the Tailor-Made Edition also includes a next-generation water filter and a quick-release female connector, enhancing both performance and convenience.

After you place your order, we will send a confirmation email from tailormade@gaahleri.com (please check your spam folder if you don’t see it). Please review and reply to the email within 3 days. If no response is received, production will begin automatically.

The production time varies depending on your customization details, typically 5 to 30 days (may take longer during peak seasons). Once completed, your airbrush will be shipped by air freight, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 15 days depending on your region (special or remote areas may take longer).

In total, the process from order to delivery usually takes around 10 to 45 days.

Due to the unique customization nature of the Tailor Made Aventus, all units are shipped directly from our R&D center and cannot be fulfilled through regional warehouses.

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, your airbrush will be air-shipped immediately after completion, and the tracking information will be updated in your order as soon as it’s dispatched.

Since the Tailor Made Aventus airbrush is shipped via international air freight, the shipping cost is relatively higher. During the early-bird phase, we offer free shipping for most regions and significant shipping discounts for remote areas.

If you purchase a Tailor Made Aventus airbrush together with other products, your order will be split into two separate shipments due to the customization process:

• The Tailor Made Aventus airbrush will be shipped from R&D center once production is completed.

• Other products will be shipped separately from your local regional warehouse.

As a result, the total shipping cost will be calculated based on both the Tailor Made air freight policy and the regional warehouse shipping policy.
