GAAHLERI SHIPPING POLICY（U.S.A）
SECTION 1: SHIPPING RATES
To enhance your shopping experience, we provide free standard shipping services. For orders under $80, shipping costs are calculated based on your specific location and order weight.
For orders within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military bases, etc.) , orders exceeding $80 benefit from an $8 reduction in shipping fees, and for orders surpassing $200, shipping is entirely free.
For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military bases, etc., orders over $80 receive an $8 reduction in shipping fees, while those over $200 benefit from a $20 reduction. Orders surpassing $300 qualify for free shipping.
If you require expedited shipping for a quicker delivery, the associated costs will be determined by your address and order weight. Please note that expedited shipping may not be available for all addresses.
SECTION 2: PROCESSING AND HANDLING TIME
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please be aware that delays may occur during peak periods.
SECTION 3: SHIPPING TIME
Standard shipping usually takes approximately 7 business days to arrive for locations within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military bases, etc.), and about 14 days for the mentioned excluded regions. However, the exact delivery time depends on your address and order weight.
If you opt for expedited shipping, delivery within the continental United States (excluding specified regions) typically takes approximately 4 business days, and around 10 days for the excluded regions. Keep in mind that delivery times may extend during peak periods or due to adverse weather conditions.
SECTION 4: TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will provide an order tracking number via email so you can stay updated on your order status and expected delivery time. You can also track your order status on the "My Orders" page of the Gaahleri website.
SECTION 5: CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Please note that your order may incur additional fees due to customs and taxes in the destination country/region. These fees will be paid by the recipient and will be vary based on the regulations and tax rates of the destination country.
SECTION 6: ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order has shipped. Once the order is shipped, address may not be possible to change. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided, we will not be able to provide refunds or re-shipping services.
SECTION 7: LOST OR DAMAGED PARCEL
If your Parcel is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us and provide your order number and relevant information. We will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible -- either arrange for re-shipping or provide a refund. Please note that we will not be able to provide refunds or re-shipping services for packages lost or damaged due to recipient reasons.
