What is
Aventus II
At its core, the Aventus II represents a massive leap in precision driven by a change in material. Shifting to stainless steel allowed us to drastically tighten our machining tolerances, delivering unmatched stability and consistent performance. This upgrade was only possible because we completely overhauled our manufacturing facilities to support it.
A major upgrade
The Nozzle System
One of the biggest upgrades to the Aventus II is the completely redesigned stainless-steel nozzle system. By shifting to stainless steel, we eliminated the burrs associated with standard plating processes and tightened the tolerance between the nozzle and the cap from 30µm down to a massive 5µm.
For the quick-release structure, this exact concentricity translates directly to your setup, delivering consistent airflow, perfectly even atomization, and rock-solid detail control.

From 30µm to 5µm
Pushing our nozzle tolerance from 30µm down to an ultra-tight 5µm required a massive production upgrade. By integrating 55 CITIZEN high-precision Swiss-type CNC machines alongside our new stainless-steel components, we moved past standard precision to deliver unparalleled stability and absolute control.
