GAAHLERI GLOBAL SHIPPING POLICY（EXCLUDING U.S.A）
SECTION 1: SHIPPING RATES
In our commitment to enhancing your shopping experience, we extend global shipping services for select products available in your backend. Currently, only airbrush items are eligible for international express delivery, and additional charges such as customs duties may apply. Customers are responsible for settling these fees directly with local customs authorities.
For European orders exceeding $80, we offer free shipping. In other regions (South America, North America, Asia, Oceania, South Africa), orders over $80 enjoy a $10 reduction in delivery costs, and orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $80, shipping costs will be calculated based on your specific location and order weight.
Please note that international delivery cannot be expedited, and there may be regions where delivery is not possible. Currently, we cannot deliver to a limited number of regions, including Africa (excluding South Africa), Mexico and Brazil. We are actively working on expanding our list of deliverable regions, so stay tuned for updates.
SECTION 2: PROCESSING AND HANDLING TIME
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after receiving them, though delays may occur during peak periods.
SECTION 3: SHIPPING TIME
For standard delivery service to the European Union and the United Kingdom, please allow approximately 10 business days. Deliveries to other eligible regions typically take around 20 business days. Keep in mind that actual delivery times may vary based on your specific address and order weight. Additionally, note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods or adverse weather conditions.
SECTION 4: TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will provide an order tracking number via email, you can stay updated on your order status and expected delivery time. You can also track your order status on the "My Orders" page of the Gaahleri website.
SECTION 5: CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Please note that your order may incur additional fees due to customs and taxes in the destination country. These fees will be paid by the recipient and will be vary based on the regulations and tax rates of the destination country.
SECTION 6: ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order has shipped. Once the order is shipped, address may not be possible to change. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will not be able to provide refunds or re-shipping services.
SECTION 7: LOST OR DAMAGED PARCEL
If your Parcel is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us and provide your order number and relevant information. We will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible -- either arrange for re-shipping or provide a refund. Please note that we will not be able to provide refunds or re-shipping services for packages lost or damaged due to recipient reasons.
